Queen Anne Elementary is an Option School. That means it does not have an attendance area boundary - Students from across the city may apply, and will be assigned to available space at the school by lottery**.
**For the school year 2011-2012, a geographic zone tiebreaker will apply. While students from any area of the city may apply to enroll, those living in this zone will be given priority in the event that applications for enrollment exceed available space.

While the school is open to students from across the city, transportation will only be provided for students living in the McClure Middle School service area IF the student lives outside the designated walk zone for the school.
