PTSA Membership Signup


Thanks for your interest in the QAE PTSA!   Our vision is to create, maintain, and support a healthy and successful environment within the QAE community and support staff, students, and their families in the quest for an excellent education.  Please read our 2012-2013 school year Welcome letter from the PTSA Executive Board.

Membership dues are:
Individual - $15
Family (2 adults in one household) - $25

You can support the PTSA by becoming a member!  Sign up by completing the online form below.  Then click "Pay Now" to pay dues via Paypal or credit card.   If you do not wish to sign up and pay online, please print out this form and put it with your payment in the PTSA mailslot in the school office.
