- Move-a-Thon Lead (1-2) - manage ‘day-of’ volunteer team
- Procurement (2-3) - Walk-a-Thon & Auction
- Mail-merge Expert (1) - generate fund drive letters and all fundraising Thank You letters
- Logo-Wear Lead (1) - design, manage logo-wear inventory & sales (online & on site)
- Auction Team (10-15) - Copywriter, slide show production, site coordinator, registration, set-up/clean-up, A/V coordinator, check-in/out, spotters, recorders, invoicing, Dessert Dash Lead
BACK TO SCHOOL: Operations
- Safety Patrol Monitors (7 each 8:50-9:25AM & 3:35-4:10PM) - If you can be here one morning, one afternoon or several days a week, or are willing to be available for an occasional back-up shift, please note it HERE. Contact Joe Bailey-Fogarty for training.
- Drop-Off Traffic Director (2-4) - 9:05-9:35AM, Mr. Elliott needs help until the Transportation Dept gets things straightened out...priority seems to be afternoon pick-up 3:20-4:00PM.
- Playground Helpers (2-3) 12:10 to 12:50PM (ongoing) Sign-up HERE.
- Lunchroom Assistants (2-3, non-kindergarten parents) Sign-up HERE.
- Classroom Set-up (2-3 per room) - help finish leveling class libraries
